2024 alexis mk2

This is the model that started it all. The Alexis. By far the least aggressive design that we offer - yet is very unique and edgy. Carved from aircraft grade 6061-T6 Aluminum. Or perhaps 6AL-4V Titanium. Even Silicon Bronze. The possibilities are nearly limitless. The new Mk2 will be even more interesting with new design elements to the case and an all new screw-down titanium case back to improve the water resistance. Further enhancements include the titanium jet turbine engine fastener winding stem crown. Many new leading aerospace materials are used throughout the Alexis Mk2. In this image one can see the 6al-4v titanium screw-down case back. This design was inspired by the amazing MV Agusta F4 Tamburini. Both the front and rear windows of the Alexis Mk2 utilize super hard sapphire crystals. 35mm for the front 28mm for the back.

With the titanium screw-down case back removed, the modified Swiss made ETA 2824-2 movement is clearly seen. The case has been carefully designed to not only look good but have excellent water resistance; 100 meters will easily be overcome. The titanium winding stem is also a screw-down design. Allowing a complete seal of the all important mechanical movement.. Notice the handcrafted movement ring. No single part is overlooked. Even if it can't be seen.

Each group may have one or several alloys of aerospace grade metals that you can choose to have your bespoke McCarthy Aerospace Watch carved from. And we mean carved!
